Public Comments \nThe Larchmont Business Improvement District (LVBID) welcomes the community to our Board meetings. Due to the Brown Act\, the Board hears public comment but does not engage in dialogue with public speakers and will refer items to the Board for follow up as needed. At this time any person wishing to speak to any item not on the agenda will be granted three minutes to make a public comment to the Board of Directors. Any person wishing to speak to any item on the agenda can either make the public comment (not to exceed three minutes) at this time or when the item comes up on the agenda. \nIII.
