Mr. Holmes Bakehouse opened in June of this year in the former Village Footwear space. The company is the brainchild of its 25 year-old, CEO and founder, Aaron Caddel. If you are wondering who Mr. Holmes is…… that is the name of his friends’ cat.
Mr. Holmes Bakery has locations in San Francisco, Korea, and Orange County. It built its business catering to those seeking the latest and most innovative food experiences.
The bakery turns out both savory and sweet items. They are most famous for their cruffin, a croissant-muffin hybrid filled with cream, and one-of-kind pastries like the “California Croissant,” a croissant stuffed with a smoked salmon sushi roll, wasabi, and ginger. You know you are in LA when they also offer a Churro Croissant!
